1) during Booking / Inquiries and Emergencies (all states on Malaysia, Singapore , Thailand) , kindly ONLY use these emergency lines:

(i) your inquiry and reservation via these lines would receive immediate attention by our call center ; its specifics entered into our system, monitored hence, its undertaking covered by our insurance policies in times of accidental damages to the goods (motorcycles) transported on our rescue units caused by us.
(ii) during rescue tasks, the entire transportation process will be monitored by our tracking system. One could always call up to find out where your motorcycles are at any time, during the process, live.
2) Kindly insist on a receipt from our drivers during payment. If our drivers are unable to provide for one upon request, kindly report this to our call center via the call numbers above. Immediate response would be taken. A receipt would sometimes be helpful in cases of reimbursements claims from other parties ie : warranties and damages.
3) We will maintain all information of our client's transactions, in strict confidentiality unless instructed by the client otherwise. In cases such as insurance claims, we would require authorization by the client (owner of the vehicle) to transfer information to any third party; be it insurance companies , higher authorities etc.
4) Call numbers provided to our drivers are for communication purposes only and not for booking or reservation initiatives.
